Nick Newton's Havens in Concert
The first ever live orchestral performance of Havens will take place on 20th September at beautiful Christ Church, Old Town, Swindon Orpheus Sinfonia will travel from London to lead a 22 piece orchestra, with the brilliant Tallis Consort as concert choir, and conducted by James Maringone.

Orpheus Sinfonia will travel from London to lead a 22 piece orchestra, with the brilliant Tallis Consort as concert choir, and conducted by James Maringone.
Our world class special guests making it a truly unique evening:
* Nadia Eide - Norwegian soprano. Finalist on The Voice UK and The Voice Norway.
* Georgi Mottram Soprano - Classical chart topping soprano. International and West End performer.
* UK Chinese Music Ensemble - Ensemble of renowned Chinese virtuosi founded 1998.
* Monelise - Ethereal songstress who had a 5 star rated audiovisual show at Edinburgh Fringe.
Also featuring talented local singers that recorded vocals for Havens and who’ve been performing it since the launch: Mary-Kate Miller and RONNI Services For Singers & Musicians
Accompanying Orpheus will be local musicians Becki Luff (harp) and Adriana’s Keys (piano).
Our MC will be poet Nigel Linacre creator of The Grief Opera, who will also perform some short selections of his work.
